The u-blox 5 GPS chipset boasts an acquisition performance of under 1 second and features the award-winning SuperSense ? -160 dBm indoor GPS sensitivity, as well as power needs of less than 50 mW and an extended bus interface for connecting an optional Flash memory. These features make the UBX-G5000 and its companion RF Front End chip, the UBX-G0010, ideal for cell phones, PDAs, personal navigation devices, cameras, media players and other battery-operated portable devices.
